Privacy information

This page describes the main data flows in the Parfect Fit website as currently implemented. We will update it as the service and its analytics or affiliate features change.

Information you provide

The configurator uses the room dimensions, room features, display and handedness preferences, and equipment selections that you enter. If you choose to save a build, this information is stored through Supabase along with a build identifier and version/verification metadata so the build can be reopened.

Hosting and technical information

The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, URLs, and request timing, to deliver, protect, and maintain the site. Product information and approved offer records are fetched from Sanity. Saved builds are stored using Supabase.

Shopping links

If you follow a retailer or manufacturer link, you leave Parfect Fit and the destination may collect information under its own policies. Approved affiliate links may include an attribution identifier supplied by the partner. Parfect Fit does not currently have affiliate conversion reconciliation in place.

Cookies and analytics

The current configurator does not require an account to plan or save a build. We have not implemented an optional marketing newsletter or an affiliate-conversion analytics dashboard. Hosting providers and your browser may still process necessary technical information. Before adding new analytics, advertising trackers, or optional cookies, we will update this notice and implement any required consent controls.

Access and questions

A saved build URL contains its unique identifier. Treat that URL as shareable access to the build details and avoid entering sensitive personal information into free-text equipment fields. For privacy questions or a request about information you have submitted, use our contact page and include the relevant build URL if you wish. Do not send passwords or payment details.

This notice should be reviewed against the live hosting, retention, and analytics settings before public promotion. It is not a statement that no technical logs or cookies exist.
